Best French dip ever. Great bread and the sliced brisket is so filling. Also, the best shoestring fries I have ever had. So damn crunchy and I loved dipping them in the au jus.

Absolutely amazing! Fun take on a burger loving the bison patty and roasted peppers! Very creative to blend the bison with bacon gives patty a unique salty flavor and fluffy consistency. The creaminess of the melted Gruyere compliments the sweetness of the barbecue sauce and it's all tied together with the crunch of the fresh onion and lettuce. Paired with the sweet potato fries and house made honey mustard this meal was perfect will be back soon!

The grilled wings were delicious! I love the flavor options and they were grilled to perfection. I highly recommend the supercharged sauce.Would definitely order again.

The loaded tots were AMAZING!!! Such a good ratio of all of the stuff on top. The presentation was also beautiful and I legit could not wait for them to put them down on the table. The bier boutique never disappoints and while these are my favorite I have not had a bad meal there!

The sandwich lands on the table like a declaration --- toasted bread golden and crisped at the edges, stacked tall with generous slices of smoked turkey, thick ribbons of beer-candied bacon glistening like edible lacquer, and a riot of garden-fresh toppings spilling out from beneath the lid. The aroma is outrageous --- smoky, sweet, savory, toasty --- and totally intoxicating.
tbb House Salad
This house salad is so good, it's not your ordinary house salad. The honey pepper dressing is bomb.

This salad was out of this world!!! Salads tend to be so mediocre but this one restored my faith. The chicken was amazing along with all of the toppings. The lettuce was fresh and so good. It is also pretty big and I was even able to bring some home and have it for lunch the next day. People were asking me where I got the salad because of how good it looked. I literally dream about this salad :)
